Day 1 Workout Set
We are now in Week 5 of my workout routine.
I just came back from vacation but I went right at the gym hard today. No excuses people! It was relaxing to have 3 days off but it’s not like I didn’t get to work out. I put in about 4 hours of swimming on my vacation during Saturday’s ocean adventure. I did some snorkeling, jet skiing, canoeing, and diving which wore me out. Plus tanning is an Olympic sport somewhere right? Ha!
Back to Chest and Biceps today.
So we go heavy from taking so much time off.
- Wide Chest Press (machine)

- EZbar Bicep Curls (cables)
This is with the EZ bar attachment on the Cables - Incline Chest Press (machine)

- Preacher Curls (machine)

- Bench Press

- Laying down bicep curls (cable)
You basically lay on the bench where you would do the rows and lay back with a straight bar, curl towards your chest. Really good workout!
- Incline Bench Press

- Preacher curls (barbell)

- Cable Fly

- Bicep Isolation Curls (cable)

- Decline Bench Press
