Being fit is not achieved by most because it is dressed in gym clothes and looks like a workout
This I am sure will cause people to get butt hurt I am sure. But as someone that has injured their shoulders twice now specifically on a bench press I wanted to share my thoughts on the PROPER way to bench press. Many of you do it the wrong way. I am sure of this, because I see many body building YouTubers post things up on YouTube and then complain about messing up their shoulders. Well here it goes folks. Don’t take my word for it, but good luck if you don’t.
Paying it forward
Stopped on my drive to my sons baseball game and gave a high five to a relatively large lady jogging on the side of the road. Why? Cause at least she is now working on getting healthy and Fit! Her smile… Priceless!
A little motivation and encouragement is all people need sometimes folks.
